How to improve our well being in our intimate relationship?

Romantic relationships can be very challenging, particularly when we hold expectations of what romance is or should be.

These expectations or beliefs are often formed throughout a lifetime through our consumption of images of romance fed to us through the stories told in our cultures, romantic films and myths of the perfect and all-encompassing idealised lover.

By learning how to identify those unhelpful beliefs or ‘myths’ that we hold about relationships, we can have a much better relationship with our partners.
