Harmony Horizon: Bridging Diversity for a Brighter Tomorrow
In closing, I want to leave you with a quote highlighting the true value of diversity and inclusion.
“It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.”
These words remind us that diversity is not a source of division but rather a source of strength and unity. Let us strive to recognize, accept, and celebrate the unique contributions of every individual, fostering a society where diversity is embraced and valued by all.

You're not alone. In fact, a recent report from the Vietnamese Ministry of Health revealed that nearly 15 million people in Vietnam are living with one of ten common mental disorders.
The "Let's Talk Mental Health With Sandy" workshop aims to normalize conversations about mental health and break the taboos surrounding it.
Sandy, the founder of the Center for Positive Psychology & Wellbeing in Vietnam and a Youth Mental Health Specialist, will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to understand mental health, recognize signs of common mental health issues, and, most importantly, learn how to take care of their own mental well-being.

How to improve our well being in our intimate relationship?
Romantic relationships can be very challenging, particularly when we hold expectations of what romance is or should be.
These expectations or beliefs are often formed throughout a lifetime through our consumption of images of romance fed to us through the stories told in our cultures, romantic films and myths of the perfect and all-encompassing idealised lover.
By learning how to identify those unhelpful beliefs or ‘myths’ that we hold about relationships, we can have a much better relationship with our partners.

How to encourage your child to listen?
How to make our children listen to us? First, let’s listen to what our children have to say. Very often, we cut short of what our children want to tell us assuming we know what they want to say.
We are given two ears and one mouth because it is much harder to listen than to speak.
