  • Sandy Sinn Family Coaching & Psychology Ltd 63A Đường Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, 100000 Vietnam (map)

Have you ever felt overwhelmed or stressed at work and didn't know how to deal with it? Do you struggle with talking about mental health or feel like there is a stigma attached to it? You're not alone. In fact, a recent report from the Vietnamese Ministry of Health revealed that nearly 15 million people in Vietnam are living with one of ten common mental disorders.

The "Let's Talk Mental Health With Sandy" workshop aims to normalize conversations about mental health and break the taboos surrounding it.

Sandy, the founder of the Center for Positive Psychology & Wellbeing in Vietnam and a Youth Mental Health Specialist, will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to understand mental health, recognize signs of common mental health issues, and, most importantly, learn how to take care of their own mental well-being.

This event is designed specifically for people in the workplace aged 25 to 35, who often face unique stressors and pressures that can impact their mental health. We believe that by providing education and promoting healthy conversations, we can create a supportive community that prioritizes mental well-being.

Don't let the stigma surrounding mental health hold you back any longer. Join us for our upcoming mental health workshop and take the first step towards a happier, healthier you.
