Sandy is the best life coach you could ask for. Through her Career Coaching Workshop for women returning to the workforce, I learned the following:
1)I learned to accept the conflicting feelings I have toward working full-time and found clarity in my motives to work.
2) I learned to reduce anxiety and fear by addressing and examining them instead of sweeping them under the rug.
3) I learned to acknowledge and appreciate my strengths and to be conscious about using my strengths.
4) I learned to define the skills I gained through life experiences and to leverage those skills in my CV.
Each session was highly engaging as Sandy used a series of thought-provoking questions, surveys, and questionnaires to lead to many “A-ha!” moments. Stating the takeaways at the end of each session helped me organize my thoughts, and follow-up questions and homework let me stay focused throughout the week. Most of all, I felt greatly supported and encouraged to come out of my comfort zone and seek opportunities. I highly, highly recommend the workshop to any woman who wants to return to the workforce.
